Report an issue with your delivery (lost, stolen, or undelivered package)

If your package wasn't handed to you directly, we'll try one more time the following business day.

Won't be home to receive your package? You should have received an email allowing you to provide delivery instructions, including leaving the package at your door or with a neighbour.

If you followed the steps above and still can't locate your package or you suspect it's been stolen, please call us immediately at (XXX) XXX-XXXX so we sort this out for you.

For security and privacy reasons, Dragonfly does not know the contents or value of the delivered packages.
