There was no secure drop-off location available

If you’ve asked for your package to be left in a secure location, the driver will follow your request whenever possible. If the location cannot be found or seems insecure, the driver may decide not to leave it there in order to ensure its safety.

To help avoid this issue on our next attempt, you can either provide more details to help the driver find and deliver your package to the safe place you indicated, suggest another secure location or choose not to have the driver leave the package at a safe place.

If we do not have your permission to leave your package in a safe place and you're unavailable, our driver will try delivering it with one of your neighbors for safekeeping.
